The artwork made for the client is for personal use only. Commissioned work shall not be allowed to be distributed commercially unless given written permission from the artist.

I will retain all the rights to my artworks and have the freedom to post it in social media accounts or include them in my portfolio.

I have the right to refuse a commission.

Upon sending a commission form, you have read and agreed to the all the terms and conditions indicated.

Note that commission prices may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

Prices given in the commission page are for a single character with a simple background. Additional characters are subject to additional charges of 80% of the original price. For group commissions (more than 3), additional characters will be priced 75% of the original price.

For specific types of commissions not mentioned in the commission page, you may discuss the details with me to work something out.

Standard commission size: I usually work on procreate on a 8x10" canvas with 300 dpi. Custom sizes may be discussed.

Book a slot: Fill out the form to reserve a slot. You will be notified through email when I have accepted your commission. Please allot 2-3 working days for me to review and approve the commission.

Initial sketch and payment: Once your commission has been accepted by the artist, an initial sketch will be given. upon approval of the sketch by the client, an invoice will be sent to your email for the fifty percent (50%) downpayment. Full payment may also be given upfront if the client wishes to do so. Cancellations are still allowed at this point.

Updates for progress: Updates will be given for the process of the commission (sketch, lineart, color, shading, etc.) via email. You may also check my commission tracker on trello.

Revisions: Revisions are limited up to one (1) major revisions for the sketch phase and two (2) minor revisions for the lineart, coloring and final touches phase. Extra charges will apply after depending on the complexity of the revision.

Finished piece: The final artwork will be sent via email in full resolution.

Remaining balances: Note that remaining balances should be settled before the finished piece will be sent to your email.

Cancellations: No cancellations shall be done after the approval of the initial sketch and deposit of 50% downpayment.

Timeframe: Allow 3-4 weeks for the commission to be completed. Note that this may be extended depending on my workload for my day job. For any delays, you will be notified via email. If you would like to have a specific deadline, please do let me know so we can sort something out. Take note that rush commissions (deadlines within 3-7 days) are subject to additional charges.

Payment Details: All prices are in USD. If you wish to pay in PHP or in any other currency, please pay with the converted currency equivalent.

Payment Options: Payments may be given via PayPal or Gcash/BPI for locals. Please do not send in payment before I have accepted the commission.
